الشحن مجاني لجميع الطلبات التي يتم استلامها بنجاح داخل القاهرة فقط.

الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يمكن طلب استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط أن يكون المنتج بنفس الحالة التي تم استلامه بها.

يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم أو متضرر، مع الحفاظ على التغليف الأصلي وجميع الملحقات والعلامات، إن وجدت.

لا يمكن قبول المنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو تعرضت للتلف أو التعديل بعد استلامها.

ضمان عيوب الصناعة

جميع المنتجات مشمولة بضمان لمدة 3 أشهر ضد عيوب الصناعة، ويبدأ الضمان من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

لا يشمل الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام، الحوادث، العناية غير الصحيحة بالمنتج، أو التلف الناتج عن الاستخدام الطبيعي.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available for all successfully delivered orders within Cairo only.

Exchange & Returns

You may request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that the product is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

The product must be unused and undamaged, with its original packaging, tags, and accessories, where applicable.

Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery may not be accepted.

Manufacturing Defect Warranty

All products are covered by a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
